adorned with hand-painted Roman numerals

Measuring rather impressive 53mm, 
the Case is performed in 925 Sterling Silver
by Dennison Watch Case company - "A.L.D."

letter date “V” for 1920

Lion passant for Sterling Silver 
as well as a number 393498 on both lids;
Case features an intricate engine turning (guilloche) engraving 
from both sides & framed initials to the front 
 
The piece is opening to reveal 15 jewel Manual Movement
